Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa, CA has an opening for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Position manages and administers appraisal process in conformance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, the Bank's appraisal policy, FDIC regulations, etc.

Candidates should have: Bachelor's degree in real estate related field (or work exp equivalent) , knowledge typically gained through 5+ years progressive exp, a Certified General Real Property Appraiser classification license from California Office of Real Estate Appraisers, a staff review appraiser with a strong competency in commercial including income producing and construction projects, completion of Appraisal Institute courses, and/or Member Appraiser Institute (MAI) professional designations, valid CDL.
